Job Description :

  • Placing bookings on liner web portal.
  • Sharing booking and schedule information with shippers.
  • Timely coordination with shipper/CHA for documentation.
  • Handling revenue shipment related disputes with carrier aggressively and bringing a favorable solution.
  • Coordination for purchase sale invoice.
  • Regular updates and follow up with clients / liners /shipping lines other service providers
  • Regular follow up with internal departments to get updates on client issues.
  • Maintaining data of all clients / potential clients.
  • Up-to date reporting to clients with the cargo status pertaining to various shipments.
  • Manage an handle Branch inventories.
